Great customer service! Needed Royal Canin prescription dog food. The food was out of stock in the large size at the Lakewood store and the crew member called the Littleton store to have them hold a bag for me to pick up. Also, great sales and special offers such as the recent Friends and Family 15% off total purchase. So heloful to the consumer of pet supplies! Thank you Pet Smart
Great staff in the small animals area! Both people that helped engaged our son really well when it came to the requirements and responsibilities of owning and caring for a hamster.
Management has an authority issue and apparently does not care when an animal is abused. I suggest no one taking their animals here to be groomed unless they want their animal to be abused.
Checked online before going in as this is Labor Day "open at 7am but check for hours"...I absolutely take responsibility that I missed seeing the special hours sign on the door when I entered, open at 9am on Labor Day, completely understandable. HOWEVER, the front of house staff here is TERRIBLE -- I have worked retail for years and even at PetSmart in the past and would never treat a customer like this. I grab a cart, place a bag of dog food on it -- staff member sees me, rolls her eyes, walks away. I think "that's odd, maybe they're closed, surely someone would tell me". Nope. Staff member lets me wander around for 15 more minutes picking up toys to purchase. I walk up to the front, staff member who is standing there stares at me. I ask if they are closed (it's now 8:47am). She says they are closed, walks away. No offer to hold items, no offer to put items away, I put items away on my own. PetSmart, you have lost out on a purchase over $100, plus you have lost a customer.
Three months ago they would've gotten 4 stars, however the past three times Ive been in for Natures Choice Salmon and Pumpkin they have been sold out! I guess I will have to go to Petco across the street where they always have that food in stock. I need this Diet for Beaus coat, anything else makes him get spots in his coat.
