Other than being a bit pricey, this store is great! Very night staff and customer service, unique products and a nice, obviously pet friendly atmosphere. Definitely recommend as a change from your usual PetSmart/Petco choice!

I had such a wonderful experience today at Chuck & Don's in Littleton. I was greeted by two fantastic ladies, who were very helpful and sweet. One of them proceeded to help me find my puppy's food and sign me up to save money! Then, when I was all checked out she even carried my huge bag of dog food to my car! I will continue my services with this location as I am very pleased with their staff. I give 2 thumbs up and recommend everyone to come here!

Highly, highly IMPRESSED!!! I started patronizing this Chuck and Don's a few months ago. I was looking for a local (not a petsmart/petco) pet store in the area. They were close to my job and I had a mediocre experience at another local place that wasn't as close (which is why I went looking). Each time I have patronized the store I have always had great customer service, however, my most recent experience was a WOW one where an employee went WAY above and beyond for me. I was low on dog food (had one meal left) and went in to buy more. Apparently I was not the only one out of food. They were sold out and were having issues getting more in. I explained my situation and the employee, Cheyenne, happened to be the one helping me out that day. She searched another location to see if they had any in stock, and they did. She called and had them set it aside. She told me I could go get it, and when I didn't show interest she offered to go get it after she got off work that day and bring it back to the store for me. I was amazed she would even offer, let alone go pick it up. As long as I am close to this location, they will be my pet store for all my pet needs. I always support local and this is just one of the many reasons I do! HUGE thanks to both Cheyenne and Chuck and Don's, you're awesome people.
5. They know me...I walk in and I am always amazed that they know me. I know I shop there every week for Goat Milk for my dogs, but they do not have to pay attention to their customers - but they do. I love this!
9. Depending on the pet food vendor - you usually get your 10th, 11th etc bag of dog or cat food free
