Eaten here countless times, flawless and fast every time. I've never eaten at a place that is so consistently on point with the food. The chef and kitchen deserve awards. The rest of the crew is great as well, not to leave them without a mention.
Service is good. The food is good too. The price ranges fit in with today's economy. There is a private parking lot, so don't worry about that, and it's quite large. There is some outdoor seating as well. I especially like their side Handicap entrance, so you don't have to use the stairs. Thank you for that!
The inside is cheery, bright, comfortable, and relaxing. It's like you stopped in to your best friends house for a cup of coffee and relaxing conversation.
The menu is varied, with something for everyone. I couldn't decide, as I wanted the waffle, as well as my usual bacon and eggs. I decided on the bacon and eggs. My husband got the bacon and eggs and the waffle instead of toast, so hey! I got a bit of his waffle, it works for me.
This place is top notch for reliably delicious breakfast. Staff is warm and friendly. It's our family favorite in the area and we come here twice a month. They even remember exactly what we order (we're creatures of habit)! It's such a nice and pleasant place. Only time there's a wait we have seen is later on weekend mornings (like after 9 or 10). Rest of the time, we, a family of four, are in and out in 45 minutes. Fast, consistent kitchen. Just love this place and it's hollandaise. Not all Egg & I locations are the same - and this one in Highlands Ranch Town Center is head and shoulders above the rest!
We use to go with my parents, but haven't been here for quite a while, and decided to stop back in. It hasn't changed, and is still a good place to go for breakfast or lunch.
Tried this restaurant and the food is to die for. I'm picky about how my eggs are cooked and they cooked them perfectly. Waitress are very attentive. Great food

Used to go to the one in the DTC. It was nice to find one here in Highlands Ranch too. Good selection of breakfast foods. The service is good and the food comes out fairly quickly despite how busy they get. It's also very easy to order take out here.
