I’ve only been to this location once but we were served quickly, politely, restaurant was clean,and the food was the up to the usual standard of Chipotle.
She was dry and nice enough to refund our money as she stormed away back to her office. The manager was not personable but I was very grateful for the cooperation and refund. The staff on the line was very friendly and deserved my tip in the bucket.
Normally good food. Today however we tried the new Quaso and it was unfortunately and sadly, terrible. The Quaso dip did not appear at 1st, looking good at all. It looked like the ingredients were separated and not mixed correctly. After tasting it, I'm sorry to say, it was awful. My 10 year old daughter said, " Dad this does not taste right at all" So unfortunately I had to bring it up to the manager and she said that's how it is made. I disagreed, knowing when a sauce is broken or separated you can not argue.
Dinning area was messy! And not to mention the sour cream was so watered down it leaked down my arm.
Went on Halloween for $3 burritos. I was honestly afraid to eat here, but there were no issues and the food was pretty good. You actually don't have to get rice, which I was happy about. The tortillas are a bit rubbery, but they have to withstand tremendous pressure because the burritos are big.
On a trip and stopped for a quick lunch. Customer service was great and So was the food. Will stop again on the way back
