Every time we go into Intrigue, each employee is so friendly and honest! We have purchased a ring and had a bunch of repairs performed with attention to detail and flawless work, as well as quick repairs. Stay away from the big box jewelers and support a wonderful family owned local business!!!

While I am no expert on jewelry, I must say that I was very impressed with Intrigue. I had a large gold wedding band (that belonged to my mother) divided in half and made into two rings, one for myself and one for my partner. They did an amazing job in my humble opinion, they fit perfectly on both of us and look great. They also fixed a sterling silver ring and it looked like brand new. I would use them again and recommend them...friendly staff as well.
I actually really appreciated the kind and prompt customer service I received from Alex. He was absolutely great at his job. I also really enjoyed the timely manner that my ring was resized and another ring I had a diamond replaced in. The ONLY reason I gave this review a 3 star (it's okay) rate is because when I got my ring back that had a diamond replaced in-- it was SO filthy & had a black burn mark on it from obviously however the work had been done on it. It really was just dirty. Like they didn't even clean it after the repaired it. That really bothered me. Also one of my diamonds looked dirty underneath the setting. So I had a stop at the pawn shop later that day and I asked if he could clean my ring. Well the guy did and it looked better than the day I received it brand new. He asked me "did you have a repair on this ring" and I said yes today and I actually didn't know the burn black mark would come off. He even said how it was weird that they didn't clean it after repairing my wedding ring. So this was the reason for my 3 stars. If this didn't happen, I would have rated it 5 stars. Crazy how a simple mistake can effect your business rating!
