I have made 5 purchases here in the last few years. My son was recently married and his wife came to the store to shop with me. We had a great time and found something VERY nice. I knew she would love their beautiful collection and we found a great price too. Highly recommend!!!

The customer service at Henri's is fantastic. I just bought an engagement ring there and from the moment I walked in it was different than any of the places I had tried previously. They actually worked within my budget rather than trying to talk me into something I couldn't afford, and when they didn't have exactly what I wanted they brought things in specifically for me. I worked with Renee, and rather than just trying to sell me whatever she could, she took the time and made the effort to find me exactly what I wanted. And my (now) fiancé loves her ring!
OMG! OMG! FIVE STARS IS NO WHERE CLOSE TO THE AMOUNT OF STARS THIS TEAM SHOULD GET! I truly CANNOT rave about this place enough! I live around the corner, and after going to several different jewelery stores on the hunt for my engagement ring, I finally decided to stop in. Renee greeted me and wanted to know what I was after, and what I had been through to bring me there. After listening to me for at least 20 minutes, she told me to hang on for one minute. Went to the back and came out with a stone to look at. I about fell over when I saw it.... It was beautiful! ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING I HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR! Then it was on to picking the setting. Renee hit the nail on the head again! She knows what she is doing.... I am actually crying with joy as I write this. There is NOT enough positive words in the dictionary to express my unconditional love for Renee and the family of Henri's!!!! THANK YOU ALL!
