My floor mats were also not done. They were dry and dirty. I told them to wash them and i watched them spray them down rather than extraction and steam clean.
I am a little frustrated now and need to decide whether I want to keep using this business
Car was very well taken care of! Two large and comfortable waiting rooms, free coffee and lots of snacks and accessories to buy. Looked more like the lounge of a hotel than a car wash. Staff was super helpful and friendly! Dog friendly as well, I brought my pup and she got free doggie treats.
This is one of the better car washes for the area. And I drive a fair distance to get there as I am coming from the South end of Parker. Great crew from the drop off to the register, then the pick up of the vehicle. I am usually very happy for the service you get for the price. I have done several of the deep clean on the inside and wow they docs good job. And fortunately last two times I've done the deep clean not too impressed. This would include the service I had done yesterday where I did a deep clean with the wax job and this is the second time that the inside was barely touched .

Got an interior detail. I brought a couple stains and marks to their attention and asked them to go over these spots and they wouldn't. One stain, they replied that it probably wasn't going to come out.
Offered nothing. Will not come here again.
I have been coming to Jazz for the last 3 years to get my car washed. This is easily the best place in Denver. The "best wash" is very thorough, and is always done quickly even when they are busy. The staff is very friendly and always go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. When I go to other places I always leave feeling like I could have done it better myself, but with jazz that is never the case. Keep up the good work!
I like to detail my car about once a year, especially after long road trips. This was long overdue. I scheduled an appointment and when I went to drop it off, the person who helped me actually suggested a Super Wash and the German wax for the outside. I do appreciate the effort to "keep it cheaper" than just going with what I think I need paying almost twice the cost. Took about 3 hours, but with their shuttle service, I was able to go back home while I waited. I am mostly satisfied with the job done. One thing, they put the wet floor mats into the back of my hatchback. Luckily I had a plastic mat covering that area, but it was dripping due to how wet the mats still were. Thankfully I have a decent balcony in my apartment to lay them all out there to dry. And the only other complaint is that there were obvious spots on the outside of the vehicle that should have been gone over just one more time. I just used the sleeve of my sweater and the dirt and debris came right off. Overall, I'd still go back but I'd request more attention to detail especially when I'm asking for a more detailed clean.
I got two marks out myself and have before and after pictures. They charged me an extra $30 on top of the normal price for "stains" that I ended up removing myself.
