First time I was here and I won't ever go back. Got the Super Deluxe wash which was $3 off, so made it $26.99. They were done within 30 minutes, went to inspect my car. The cupholders were sticky, along with the leather on my emergency brake, a lot of dog hair everywhere and dirty with bug splatters on the hood. I went up to someone (never got his name) he was very nice and said they would take it through again. Took about 5-10 minutes dog hair was vacuumed better but the middle was still sticky. I did not want it to go through a THIRD time so I left and called the office, the lady who answered was confused didn't know how to help. I will not be back, I can do a better job myself.
I took my car there after my back seat was flooded due to the recent hail storm. They told me from the beginning they didn't have much hope for preventing any stains. They were able to completely salvage the seats, and no stains were left. Beyond that, the rest of my car was impeccably clean, it looked like a brand new car. My brother also used them, and I picked up his car afterwards, again it looked like a brand new car!
I’ve gone here for several years to have my convertible Audi TT washed. The first time I went there, we discovered that because my TT is lowered, it is unable to go through their wash tunnel. So they offered to hand wash my car. They did a wonderful job giving my car a sparkle week by week. They properly cleaned the leather interior seats, and cloth convertible roof. I would recommend this car wash to anybody.
Been coming here for years every time I'm in Littleton. Not sure about the negatives. I've always had a positive experience here. Always out in a timely manner ( more cars longer wait of course ), cars are always clean when I leave. The new greater Joseph gave me a sweet deal. Thanks Joseph and the entire team at the car wash. I stopped here for a quick wash for our brand new car--I had just driven through some snow and wanted to keep it shiny. The gentleman who helped me immediately tried the hard sell to get me to buy about $30 worth of wash upgrades/add-ons, telling me, "well, it's not going to get truly clean" if I don't buy them. Then, the basic wash, which is supposed to include a towel dry, left water spots and streaks all over the windows and doors. That doesn't really matter to me--it was just water spots--but there was clearly not much care taken for any customer not doing full detailing services. The prices are too high, and I wasn't impressed with what we got. I'll stick with Octopus in Lakewood.
