At no time was I left in the dark regarding what was wrong, what I had to pay, as well as what could wait till later. Typically a business receives 4 stars for doing the job; promptly, correctly the first time, and without a hassle. This company truly deserves five stars. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience AND they went above and beyond by picking me up after being closed for business hours. At no time did I detect a hint of hesitation to deal with a customer, nor did I get the feeling that they didn't want to be there.
The only auto repair shop that doesn't suck. Super friendly people who are looking out for you and your car, not just looking to rip you off. Waiting area is really clean, comfortable, and entertaining. THEY HAVE CORNHOLE
It seems that at Littleton Auto, they take pride in doing quality work the first time and offer services such as free pick up and drop off as well as a lifetime warranty on the work they perform. This experience was better than the dealership and better than a few other auto mechanic shops that I will not name.
I was looking for a good local mechanic that I could actually trust and could rely on to take care of my car. From the moment I called Littleton Auto Repair I knew this was the place. My car was leaking fluid and I knew I needed to get some major repairs done. When I called David did an amazing job explaining what the leak might be and made me feel comfortable enough to bring my car in to have it looked at. I was able to bring it into the shop the same day, actually only about an hour after I called. The service at the shop was unlike any mechanic I'd ever been to (Even better than dealerships). Every single employee there was helpful, friendly, personable, very knowledgeable, and honest. David took me out to the garage while they had my car up so I could see underneath for myself where the leak was coming from and what the problem was. They found what was leaking on my car, quoted me for a price significantly lower than the dealership, and when I decided to have them do the work the total price ended up being lower than the price they originally quoted me. I feel like I got fantastic service, a fantastic price, and have found my new mechanic. I will recommend this shop to everyone I know. You will not be disappointed!
If you're looking for a job done right, courteous professionals, and piece-of-mind I suggest you check out their location and at least try them out. It may be the best decision that you make regarding the life of your car.

Upon walking into the business I was greeted by Daniel, who was just as enthusiastic as he was helpful. Since I had to drop my car off, Mikey was the service tech to drive me back to my place, again very professional and respectful. Later that day I asked for a ride back, from my home to pick up my car. Lenny was prompt and courteous upon picking me up; mind you this was at 5:40pm and the business closed at 5:30pm.
Not possible to give less than one star, this place is a total ripoff. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR FOR REPAIR HERE. Details: I took my car in for an oil change and also repair AC, they did do the oil change, they repaired the AC, but they identified that the power steering required repair somehow, they replaced the parts they suggested, when I got home the power steering fluid was everywhere on my driveway (there was no leaking fluids prior to this), so I returned the car, they again suggested some additional repairs were needed (obviously they did not want to repair their work for free), again I returned home and power steering fluid everywhere. They don't think this is there problem? this is a ripoff shop, they have a required amount they need to collect from every car that comes in, they steal from their customers, they advertise as the friendliest mechanic there is, they are super friendly with their hand in your pocket and incompetent mechanics (if not incompetent, thieves).
Littleton Auto Repair very friendly - Daniel treats customers with care and honesty. Really helpful they have loaner cars. Thanks Daniel for great customer service ( and big thanks to the mechanics that repair my car)
