I had a very good experience getting an oil change and a vehicle inspection at Honest 1. They called me several times to keep me up-to-date on the status of my vehicle. They carefully explained the bill and the procedures they had to perform, and they didn't try to upcharge me or intimidate me into "fixing" some mysterious "problem" with my car. This is the second time I've used them--they're fast, communicative, and yes--very honest.
No matter what we're having done, we always feel comfortable bringing our car to Honest-1. Johnny is great - knowledgeable, keeps it real, and never tries to sell us more than we need. I would recommend Honest-1 every time!

I first went to Honest Auto Care on W. Bowels ave. about eight years ago after I was quoted a huge amount of money by two different car care companies for what was presented to me to be a huge expensive problem. When I went finally to meet with the crew I'll now call "my guys" to see if their repair cost was lower. I was nearly in tears when I was told "this is not the problem at all. all you need is........."The car was easily fixed. I was extremely impressed by their honesty and knowledge and now I'm loyal to "my guys". Pat White, retired teacher.
Honest was able to get my vehicle in the same day for an estimate. I was not able to complete the repair at this time, but the entire staff still treated me with kindness. I plan to use Honest in the future!
