I had an appointment at 9:30am. At 10am my car had not been taken back so I️ went up and asked how long it would be. The guy at the desk seemed annoyed I️ asked and just said, “You’re next.” I️ reminded him I️ had an appointment 1/2 hour earlier and he just looked at me and said “Yep, you’re next”. 15 minutes later another guy let me know my car was ready. As I️ drove away, my low pressure lights came on. I️ got home to discover my tires had not been touched at all. Absolutely NOTHING had been done. Believe the awful reviews on this location. I️ wish I️ would have read them first but I’ve always had great service from Discount so I️ assumed this location would be the same.
Excellent, friendly service. These guys do high volume tire work. Arrived 30 mins before opening on a Monday. There was a line 10 people deep before doors even opened. Even though they were slammed they managed to get me out of there in under an hour. Cheers to you guys and thanks again. I'll be back
They have a really good price on tires here! Its a place that is also almost too busy. Man it took a while to get my car done. It was a good thing I live right across the street. I love a good tire for the lowest price in town though!. It seems like it needs a bigger parking lot.
This place is busy and I can see why. They offer amazing customer service. I've witnessed the manager take a negative and completely turn it around. So dynamically positive, I can't even conceive the thought of going elsewhere. Keep coming back, don't mind the wait. It's well worth it.
Went here this morning with a screw in my tire. Guy simply looks at it and says he can't patch it I need a new tire. I'm sorry I'm not in the market for a new tire, your reasonings? "Tread is too short." I have 80k mi tires and my cars at 46k miles. Sorry but this is repairable, I'm not an idiot, so I leave. I went to the Discount Tire off Federal, not one problem, not one excuse. "Thanks we'll get this taken care of in a jiffy", went to Jack N The Box next door by the time I was done they were done. Drives great no excuses. This location here will cheat you out just for a sale, don't bother.
