I read several reviews on other sites regarding this location. I chose to pickup my car from this location because the airport location charged almost $600 more for presidents circle and the same vehicle. The gentlemen at the location were extremely kind and understanding when I told them I would be there later than originally planned. When I arrived they were quick with the paper work and had me in and out within 15 minutes. Great place to rent from if you need desire a fast, easy and affordable rental.

The guys working there did a nice bonbon managing a busy snowy morning. They have a new guy learning that needed help but they managed to take care of everyone. Nice guys, I'll rent there every time.
My brother and I were visiting Denver for a family reunion last week. We originally made a reservation with Enterprise, but when we arrived to pick up our car they claimed they ran out of them and they were pretty rude about it. We were completely stranded, so I called Hertz and asked if they had a car available. The gentleman who helped us out (Austin) went above and beyond as far as customer service. He was friendly, empathetic, and incredibly professional. I will recommend this location a thousand times simply for the experience that Austin gave us. He deserves a giant raise!
