I have been renting from the Budget/Littleton location for more than three years now, usually three times a year. The vehicle we requested (or better) has always been there for us on travel day as we have special requirements. We drive from the mountains and can leave our car there during our trip, which means we don't have to rent a 4WD vehicle and pay for extra days or be in rush hour traffic to return the car in the a.m. The Southwest shopping center has 24/7 patrol security.
Most of all, the personnel is always so courteous and helpful, and we haven't had to go to another location to pick up car we requested. Agent Rebecca Armstrong is truly professional and does an excellent job.
