My friends car broke down here while on vacation. Called to reserve a car at 5:15 knowing they close at 6. We got to the area at 5:50 and promptly called as our map took us to a different area at the mall. The gal there did not answer repeated calls. We found Avis at 5:58 but it was already closed with the rep leaving. She rudely stated that she could not help and had other places to be.
Rental agent is one of the nicest people I have ever done business with. Love her to pieces.
I want to take the time to post a review. I was just helped by a VERY AWESOME Representative. You'd expect someone to not be happy while working on a Holiday but she had the biggest smile and the best attitude ever!
