Leaving this garbage company after literally 12 years. Not a single claim during that span. Nothing. Yet they raised my 6 month premium $250 dollars and when asked why they gave me complete nonsense. You seriously need to shop around. They offer absolutely nothing more then anyone else. Just an annoying gecko. Good riddance.
some guy from here just called me to try and sell because I did online quote. He seems like a jerk. Also, their rates suck in my case. Not interested
Nice people but they can't change info on your policy had to call the main office. If they only allow to do some things why they have an office

Been with them 5 years, just started the claims process for a hit and run on my parked car, and already am frustrated with their process. They are also raising rates in Colorado by 30% per 6 months due to "increasing costs of inflation" which afaik is around 3% per year, not 30%!
