Excellent Customer recognition for Veterans!GREAT customer Service in person, items in stock at store. I shopped HD and Amazon prime, HANDS DOWN Lowe's deserves 5 stars. I drove 2.5 miles to a local Lowe's store, had excellent in person customer service by Jon C and James. They had the items in store, not 5-10 days for shipping. Lowe's online and in store policy for 10% off for Veterans purchases are top shelf. Once you register (no mailing list, just confirm your service discharge date, one time), it is automatically applied at checkout for both online and in store purchases. An added bonus to excellent Customer Service for their Veterans customers. Lowe's, thank you again - Jeff K, Colorado.
This is a pretty good Lowe's, and usually has many of the items that might be needed for a range of common household projects. This store has decent prices for most things, but I occasionally find better deals elsewhere. I've had good luck with paint that I've bought here, and the lumber and garden departments have good selection. Overall, a dependable hardware store.

Machine could not read my debit card. The rude, kid behind the counter informs me that he isn't allowed to enter the number manually. I offer to show the manager my drivers license, passport, other card with my name and my Lowe's rewards card with the phone in my pocket that will ring if they call the number associated with my Lowe's account. The final answer is a resounding NO. Allows whilst the old lady next to me is allowed to write check number 101 out of her new checking account! No joke! It's home depot from here on out. I tried to give Lowe's my money and they, not too politely turned it down. FOH
