I specifically chose Apollo for the cremation of my son because of the character of Miles. I knew my baby was going to be in the best hands possible. For being one of the most difficult processes I have had to do in my life, Miles helped me and made me feel at ease. It brought so much peace in my soul that someone with so much kindness and passion for his work was with my son. I will forever be grateful for the work that Apollo funeral services does.
A few months ago, my fiancé had a sudden death in the family and Donna was exactly who/what we needed at that time. Being as we're out of state, we had no idea what the procedure was and Donna walked us through everything, step by step, with patience and kindness.
Let me start off by saying, I would give Apollo 10+ stars if I could. I cannot say enough as to how wonderful it was working with Miles and Donna. When my sister, very unexpectedly passed away, we were at a loss as to where to start the planning. After looking around and reading about various funeral homes, I felt most comfortable with what I found at Apollo. Then, after meeting with Miles and discussing our options, we knew we made the right decision. His attention to details, suggestions and his personal service were appreciated beyond measure, especially during a very emotional time. Miles was a very calming presence that helped us get through our loss and helped us plan a beautiful service, one I know my sister would have been proud of. Unfortunately it is not often (or ever) that people ask you " do you know of a good funeral home" ... so I will use my review as my referral. Apollo Funeral service is who you need to use.
When we got to town to handle the final pieces of the process, she was so sweet, genuine and helpful. What struck us most, after Donna's amazing demeanor, was the cost was much less than their competitors. As much as it sucks to think about, a sudden death can be a huge financial crunch, but Apollo takes that stress off the table with their affordability, allowing you to focus on your grief and healing.
From the moment I called Apollo and spoke with Donna I knew this was the right service that I was looking for. Donna was very compassionate and caring and took the time to explain how the process works. I had a bad experience less than a year ago with a crematorium and from the very beginning all the way through the process Donna was there for me. Through out the process she kept me informed and communicated with me at all times which was very appreciative. They even went as far as coming to my fathers funeral. I would highly recommend Apollo to anyone and everyone that is in need of these services. Even though the price was great, we received FIRST CLASS service through out the process. They went way above and beyond our expectations! Thank you Donna and Miles!
