Customer service wasn’t good from a higher up sales person. This individual took advantage of trying to sell a more expensive washer. When tried returning when we realized it was one that wasn’t working properly, we got passed to another coworker for the return without being told we were and waited for the original person we were working with. But he never came back and it wasn’t made clear. Like no words were exchanged. Made us feel like it was our fault like we weren’t being clear about returning the device. And wasn’t willing to listen. The younger gentleman we were passed to did a way better job. He knew how to speak to others through communication and just simple basic attending skills and still be inviting and yet still turn the situation into a better one. His name was Alex. Blonde and tall. Great customer service from him because he treated us with kindness and respect.

We had THE best experience yesterday. Tyler M. was extremely educated and knowledgeable when helping us find the perfect TV for our needs and getting the most bang for our buck. He then walked with us while we explored other potential purchases, such as a computer (laptop) and camera. When it came to cameras, he knew when to find another expert and Bryce was so knowledgeable too! He brought out his own personal camera which was the upgraded version of the one we were looking at and showed us several features and specs. We are truly grateful for the amazing experience and we will be back for the other items in the near future!

Why was this?

Went in Best Buy to look at sub woofers. They really push to get you into a sound bar / sub combo. The only real selection for sub woofers that would work with my receiver are high end $1000+ models. Not a lot of selection in the mid range.

I was really impressed with my visit today. After 7 or 8 visits to this store, I’ve decided to leave a nice note on the quality of service you receive here. Everyone is very friendly and is willing to go out of their way to ensure you find the answers to any electronics related question or issues you may be having. From a recently hired cashier to the GM, the whole staff is dedicated to customer satisfaction. Even if I moved, I would still drive across town to shop at this Best Buy.

I needed in and out with 2 affordable laptops. The tech who helped me was awesome! Listened and helped me get exactly what I needed. And I was on my way.

Upon walking in you’re usually greeted. This time, I was just simply looked at and ignored. Yet when the person in front and behind me walked in they were greeted.

Usually have always had great customer service but this was definitely out of the norm.
