Staff! Is why I gave only 2 stars...
Not good!! We bought a luggage and after only 1 trip, one of the wheel broke. Addressed it to the manager on duty and she told us that TJ max can't hold responsibility of defective luggage. We requested the store manager to call us twice. Never get a phone call!!! Very Disappointed. Even though the luggage has 1 year warranty, it doesn't do any good.
Half clothes half home goods. They have a small selection of all that u need but I don't remember any formal wear
I would call a manager, but I really didn't have more time, because I was not alone...
The staff was amazing. I am not fond of tj maxx and home goods together. Clothes selection and style horrible. I come from Chicago. Half my wardrobe is from a t j max in Chicago. Since moving to Colorado, I started shopping at Marshals. Stand alone store.
Bank would APPROVE me for A CREDIT CARD, but will not give me 30% off my purchase?! Do they think people are total idiots? Banks do not give a thing about discounts in stores, stores are responsible for those.
Lady Cashier LIED to me that if I will sign up for their credit I will get 30% off the purchase. She did sign me up a credit card was APPROVED, BUT! I did not get my 30% off because she said that something went wrong and because of my credit score bank did not give me 30% off... Seriously? Bank?
I really hope managers read reviews! I really hope they would consider customers concerns...
I love this store! So much awesome home accessories, yummy treats you won't buy in regular stores, awesome cosmetics all for reasonable prices.
P.S. Credit score was not low. I got so stressed , I had to do a check right after!!!
Decent selection and prices...worth checking out if in the area.
