Went to sears for appliances and the lady was was amazing! don’t know her name but her associate ID is 687.She was direct and honest. Got us a huge discount on a floor model and was not pushy at all. Saved a lot of money.
I bought a refrigerator from Sears 47 days ago. When it was delivered it did not work. It still is not working. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. It is more frustration than it is worth. Also if your appliance breaks they require 7 visits in 90 days to replace under warranty. That said they will schedule your appointments 14 days apart every time so you never reach the mark. Learn from my mistake. STAY AWAY!
Terrible response time. Terrible organization. Hi guys! Did you forget about the guy whose dryer caught fire? Cause I haven't gotten a call back like I was supposed to last week. I'm just glad I haven't spent any money yet
I think it was too early for customers. The front cash register was not ready. It's hard to go into same stores because they're pushing there credit card, which what Sear did for a 19.00 purchase. Then there was some other email promotion and they push on me 2x. I finally told I don't go to malls, I purchase online then got spill on how the mall need the shopper and to support malls. There was not a line on people and it took me for ever to check.
Horrible experience. Bought a Christmas dress for my daughter. I had to return to the store twice. The first dress had a stain that I did not notice until I got home. Went back exchanged the dress which took forever because no one is around. The second dress the cashier left the security tag on. Have to go back and have the tag removed. Why is Sears still in business?????
