My rear tire got stolen off my commuter bike. That's a bummer, so I went in there in not-a-great mood. The guy who helped me out was understanding, and was sure he could do his best to help make it right. I know nothing about the ins and outs of bikes, and he was honest as to what was worth upgrading and what was worth just buying standard parts. They were able to get me out the door for just under $200, and it only took a few minutes. No wait, awesome service, and close to my house. Felt local, like the good old bike shops. Thank you, Pedal team! I have already told several friends how awesome the experience was.

Today I stopped in to have a mechanic check a problem with my cassette. After a quick adjustment and test ride I was out. No charge. 5 minutes. That is something I really appreciate.
Great bike shop with solid commitment to the community. Wide selection from everything between kids bikes to pro level racing bikes. Lots of fat tire stuff. Knowledgeable staff are good sources of information and really seem to want to help customers find the right bike and/or equipment. Not many bike shops are as truly dedicated to the communities they serve as is Pedal.
Turn around time for service is super fast. These guys really want you back out on the bike.

I got there and the shop was closed. Someone was sitting in his car and got out, and I unlocked the doors. He not only gave me a free bicycle tube, he also installed. Which made him late for the party that he was going to attend. He also did it very joyfully. I am able to go for a bike ride today because of him. When an incredible person. They will have my business for life.
