Visiting USPS is generally a bad experience given that I'm often forced to use the service based on my shipping needs. Despite my distaste for the service generally, the staff at this office do a very respectable job of managing a long stream of - often unpleasant - customers. The old-timers and regulars that work here are friendly and generally have a great sense of humor.

I've had the same issue of mail being returned to sender for several years. This isn't an apartment complex like many of the complaints listed here. My issue is with my home based business located 1 home away. My name and business are both listed inside the mailbox, but the carrier finds a reason to return important mail. I just had my business credit card declined because mail was returned to the bank. Just deliver mail and packages to the address listed on the item delivered!

Thankfully this location stays open until 530 on weekdays and has AM hours on Saturdays. This is pretty essential for someone who works a full-time job and usually doesn't get off early to run errands. The building is older and won't wow you work amenities but it's well kept.

At this point I took my losses and will only be shipping FedEx. It’s worth the premium. Pathetic customer service. I will not give my business to this location again and will for sure recommend that everyone avoid this post office unless you have to go here. The reviews are awful for a reason.

Rick is one of the best people who works there. He is very kind and helpful he has the best customer service. Great job!

I strongly suggest you use FedEx or UPS for your shipping needs, but if you must use USPS this is a fine branch to use. Manage your expectations and expect VERY long lines at peak hours.

I recently had a package I shipped international through USPS. I had printed my shipping label and dropped it off at a pack and ship store. The store couldn’t help me as my package showed it was in Virginia yet the package somehow appeared on my front door. After hours on the phone and holding with USPS, I was told Pack & Ship couldn’t help, and that I would have to go to my local USPS store to get a refund or get the product re shipped (as I printed the label, Pack & Ship had nothing to do with it, it was merely picked up by a USPS truck. I told all of this information to the USPS clerk (really wish I️ had his name) and he could care less. He told me to go back to Pack & Ship as they were trying to pawn it off on them. I let him know what I had gone through and that the USPS rep told me on the phone to come in. I had my tracking info and had the receipt on me, but he wouldn’t even help me! He told me I needed proof the box was shipped but the whole point of this is that it wasn’t! It appeared on my front door step but the shipping info shows it’s in Virginia. Maybe he didn’t understand? Or really I just don’t think he cared.

If I could rate lower I would. Talked to a shorter, older Hispanic looking man with gray hair and glasses and his customer service was beyond pathetic.

They opted to have ALL of my store's important mail returned to sender for nearly the entire time we have been in business. Thank GOD we get that junk mail though! The postmaster at this location is useless and would literally never be able to hold down a job in the private sector. All hail the efficiency of government programs. They have one job: deliver the damn mail. Somehow they think their job is to return all the damn mail to sender. The level of incompetence is almost impressive.

Best people work at this location. Very polite and helpful. Best customer service. Congrats to the manager and the employees of this place. God bless you all and thank you for the best service you provide every day.
