i live here alright? and it's a pretty diddly darn nice place. but i haven't been at the lake or in the forest past sunset because lemme tell you- its haunted by like skinwalkers or something/but whatever i saw.. wasn't human dude. but 10/10 would recommend.
Just your basic walk around a holding pond, but does have a clear view of the front range
Went fishing here a couple weekends ago. We were walking around the shore and found a duck with a hook in its beak, tangled to a bush. Luckily I had my tackle box with a pair of pliers in it. I had to clip the hook and pull it out. So if you do see hooks or stray fishing line, try to pick it up, fo the sake of tasty ducks everywhere. Also perfect for plowing your significant other in the butt.
Another great frisbee golf course. A lot of hills. You'll get a work out.
Walking the dogs around the lake is a perfect way to start your day. You don't get run over by bicycles, pet owners are courteous and clean up after their dogs. You can watch different bird species and listen to the frogs croak. Absolutely beautiful.
