Refreshing....the interior next!
I own an investment property in Littleton, Co and rarely have time to take care of it as I live across the country. The renters are constantly causing damage to the property and it is hard for me to control as I do all the work myself rather then hiring a property manager. Recently I had a tenant who loved to smoke inside apparently and now the paint and walls of the condo are paying the price. I could not make it out to Colorado this month but needed to get the apartment back to rental shape quick. I called one of my contractor friends and asked what I should do to solve the problem. The first thing he told me to do was to put on a new fresh paint of coat. He has lots of connections in the area and recommended Americas Paint and Design to get this job done. After talking with Chris and Jennifer I was pleasantly surprised by all my options. They handled all my painting needs from A-Z and I could not have felt in better hands. They even worked with me over the phone and through email since I was not in the state. The smoke smell is gone, the place rented quickly and I could have not been happier with the outcome of my new interior paint and design work. Great job!

Wow Attention to detail. The exterior of my home was in desperate need of painting. These guys scraped, power washed, & caulked every blemish. I have had my house painted 3 times and they are by for the best I have ever seen. People walking by as they worked would comment on their work ethic. Gutters & windows cleaned to boot.
The BEST I've seen, period. We were in the process of moving and only had a small window of time available. Americas Paint & Design took on the task and did a superior job! In a few short days, they were able to prep our new home for move-in: From scraping the outdated popcorn ceilings, to adding much needed color to the surrounding walls, making our baseboard pop and incorporating a fantastic faux finish around our fireplace- they completed the task at hand with flying colors. I would recommend their services to anyone. The personnel from Americas Paint & Design are professional, trustworthy, and stand behind their work 100%. Quite frankly, there's no communication barriers to deal with either- a refreshing change from other painting companies I've dealt with in the past.
We received multiple contracts from well-known painting companies in the South Metro Area, and felt that all of them were not detail-oriented. We didn't want our house just doused in paint by a crew in a day or two without taking their time to do the work well. Americas Paint & Design was not only competitive in price, but incredibly detail-oriented, used the paint we wanted (Sherwin Williams and not Kwal), and paid due attention to the project at hand! We had no breakage issues (shutters broken by other companies painting in our neighborhood) or communication barriers. Our house has never looked better and we are more than thrilled!
