Aimee is amazing. She is the server you want.. always happy and smiling. Great suggestions. And she always makes sure your glass is full: comes by often enough to be attentive to your needs. Great service!
One of the best food served at this OG location!! Ethan made this Sunday meal a success! We also appreciated the manager who took the time to chat when we left the place. Overall a great experience!
The service is consistently good. Food comes out good and the same every time. However, I'm not fond of the little machine on the table that you can play games/order appetizers/pay your bill on. It takes all the service out of customer service. I couldn't tell you anything about our last few servers, we didn't get to talk to them or get any interaction besides them refilling our drinks (kudos for keeping up with my husbands need for many ice tea refills, most places can't) and bringing our food. That's a bummer, but with the tech obsession there's not much you can do about that.
Ironcially, we had a heavily tattooed bloke named Jesse as our waiter. At first, I didn't want him to serve us because he looked like a scumbag but he was a sweet fellow who could win over the coldest of hearts with his warming charm. Moral of the story don't judge a book by it's cover. 10/10 would reccommend him and the rest of the wait staff of this olive garden.
My waiter was very nice. Food was good as well. Honestly I really enjoyed my waiter, Miranda didn't rush me when I spoke to her, like I was just another customer.
