Clean office and speedy response!! The social worker was snippy at first with me but she corrected herself and was very helpful
Very Impressive... The person I interacted was so helpful and nice. No wait at all. I was the one for whichever window be free first. I was out of that office in 10-12 min after entering. Oh. forgot about the security. They were so helpful.
I found the friendly and efficient service here most reassuring. I visited to set up Medicare and Social Security. I'm an immigrant, new citizen and new retiree. I arrived early: it was busy but I was still seen early. Security was kind and helpful. The person at the window was knowledgeable, patient and thorough. I couldn't have wished for a better experience.
Got here at 9am on the dot. There were already approx. 10 people in line. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I was just getting a replacement and was in and out in less then 15 min. Made my day!
I was afraid it'd might take me all day there, but I was in and out in less than 10 mins. They are very fast and efficient if you do your share by having your stuff ready to go. I want to say that the officers and security personnel were nice,friendly and patient and that is something I really appreciate,thank you for your hard work guys!
