Most of the people working here have zero desire to provide any sort of customer service. You will be typically treated as an inconvenience when it comes time to check out. Imagine you were homeless and filthy, and then walked into an extremely high end hotel in Manhattan and approached the front desk. If you can imagine the look the hotel staff would give you, that's exactly the look these people will give you (if they even look at you at all) when you exchange your hard earned money for their goods. But they're close, and often open as long as the sun is out, so there is that.
Just worked with Keegan - he is awesome! The selection at Bacchus is great, and Keegan really listened to what I needed and picked the perfect selection for me.
Worst experience ever. I was a regular customer to this store even though the customer service was awful as it was very near to my place. One of the guy's (i think he is a new guy. I never saw him before) today was looking at me weirdly and asked me if i was the person who was stealing beer from the store couple of days back and was saying that he saw me doing that and told that he would shoot the people doing that. I politely told him that he might be confused and that isn't me. He did not even say sorry. This is not the way you deal with your customer. I would never ever again go to this store.
Always nice. don't believe what these other people say I guess they expect amazing response when they walk in like on a tv show. It's a small store so it's easy to find whatever you're looking for. If you have any questions they will answer it. Also it's law to id everyone in the store every single time so expect to be id since they can lose their license for it.
Very overpriced and staff is unfriendly, if not judgmental. Do yourself a favor and take the 5 minute drive elsewhere.
