Mr. Thompson has been very helpful with options for our project. He has been very diligent about getting back to me in a timely manner on any of the questions I had, and following through with emails for additional information. Mr. Thompson seems to have a good handle on his role and has offered to get me in touch with other individuals at General Steel to answer any engineering questions that I may have. He is very articulate and has a professional demeanor.

The experience when purchase my steel building was great. Staff took time to help design a building that met my needs. Excited about the building arrival. My only comment would be I was told they had builders in my area to help out the building up. No leads yet!
