My daughter and I went to Cindy's in March to inquire about lilies for her wedding last Sunday. We ordered the flowers, and with the order we received some great tips for using lilies. Cindy offered the service of "staging" the flowers or ensuring they would be in bloom for the event.
She ensured the flowers were perfectly bloomed, called to ensure we knew of limited business hours on the day of pick up, loaned us a large container, educated us, and never tried to up-sell with "I can create the bouquet for you," when we really just wanted to create the bouquet ourselves.
I ordered a sympathy arrangement from Cindy's Floral for the passing of a very young friend. I requested the "Designer's Choice" with full faith that Cindy would create the perfect arrangement. When I received the arrangement I moved to tears. The arrangement she created was unique, beautiful, and expressive of our sympathy to the family of the the beloved. All of the arrangements shown on the website are exceptionally creative but I would encourage anyone to order the "Designer's Choice" for any occasion, the recipient will cherish it!
When we picked them up on the day of the wedding, they were perfectly bloomed and in a generous container to allow them space as not to bruise. Cindy gave us a few more tips and allowed us to take the large container home to keep them from crashing during transport.
Personalized service is a thing of the past, but not at Cindy's Floral!

Cindy's Florals came through when it counted. I was going to be out of town for my girlfriend's birthday so I wanted a nice bouquet of flowers at an affordable price and Cindy's floral did just that. Not only did Cindy personally help me pick the perfect bouquet, but she made sure that my girlfriend received them on her birthday at the perfect time. I was not just a random customer to Cindy, but someone who she wanted to actually help and take care of. My girlfriend loved the flowers and if she is happy then that is the most important thing. Thank you Cindy for making her special day such a success even though I could not personally be there. I highly recommend Cindy's Floral because of the high quality of customer service, beautiful flowers, and personal care that Cindy provides to each of her customers.
So my cousin ordered some flowers for my mother for mothers day. We received a lovely hanging planter and my mom adored it. Then 3 days later we get a call from cindys floral stating that " they sent her the wrong arrangement, and that they have to come pick it up." With no replacement arrangement. And no money back from her to my cousin. Because of this we will never use them again. Or recommend them to anyone for any reason. Unless they can make it right or apologize. My mom is dumbfounded because of this. And now she is out a gift. I will change my review if something changes, or the company reaches out to me.
Cindy's Floral created the most beautiful floral arrangements for a funeral with only having flower preferences to go by. I was so proud that our name was on them. Thanks to all at Cindy's Floral.
