If an office staff is this disorganized and unprofessional it is not worth it. It was a very bad first impression and we won't be going back.
Dr. Fine and his staff have always treated me with the most courteous and professional manner. I was in very poor health when Dr. Fine and his staff accepted me as a new patient. He worked with me making sure I had the proper medications and in the proper dosages. When his professional judgement told him I needed services outside his expertise, he referred me to another doctor and also to physical therapy. I am very fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Fine and his care team.
I will never be returning here again. I got charged with a smoking cessation counseling as well as a psychological analysis test and I didn't take either. I DO NOT EVEN SMOKE!!! This office is a nightmare and I honestly do not know why anyone would ever go here. Dr. Fine is so impersonal and could give a rats ass about anything except getting paid. Spent about 30 seconds talking to me and that was about it. I went in for a hurt back and all he did was give me a steroid shot. Then I get my bill for a bunch of services I never received. Avoid at all costs!
My husband and I went once a couple of years ago. My husband got a physical and a week later still didn't have his lab results. Then they tell us that they never did labs (yet they took blood samples). I had to finally call them and coerce the lab name that they use. I had to call the lab who told us they had faxed it back to them weeks ago (by this point it was a month). Finally I had them refax it to their office and had to get the results from the lab itself!....it was an unnecessary pain! Then when they finally got it again admitted that yes, they sent it to the lab but we would need to come in for a paid office visit to go over the results. After all that pain?! No thank you.
If I could give him 0 stars I would. Dr. Fine is so rude and impersonal. He didn't listen to anything I had to say about my condition. He wasn't even in the room for 2 minutes. He prescribed me medication that made me violently I'll and when I called to tell him no one would return my call. DO NOT go to this Dr. He has no idea what empathy is!! I will never go back!!!! And to your response there was no evidence of high blood pressure! It was completely normal! Check my chart! How would he even know what my needs were when he was with me for 30 seconds! Instead of defending him try to actually be ethical. Clearly you've read the other reviews and the majority of them are bad! People read these reviews and make they're choice because of them!
Edit: OM called me and explained that the entire staff has changed and that they have improved their office and their technology. I really hope that's the case for anyone who will be going to their office in the future.
I was sent to Andy 8 yrs ago by a surgeon I had because I had no doctor. Dr Traina highly recommended Andy. My experience has been wonderful Andy ROCKS IT, he is very efficient! Pro active which I love. He's grown tremendously as his reputation grows. His core staff are like family. Andy is a new Dad himself and gets the hectic lifestyle of work and kids. He always can get you in. Be patient sometimes as it's well worth it to be his patient!
