Completely clueless and unprofessional staff. They called me relentlessly for months trying to move up my child's appointment, even though he would not have been eligible to get his teeth cleaned per the insurance, due to it having been less than 6 months since his last cleaning. They then called me 3 times the day of his appointment, once to harass me about showing up 15 minutes early for paperwork, that I could have filled out much earlier and sent in if I had been told about it. Then twice more to cancel his appointment. 30 minutes prior! Of course I received these messages after we had already taken off of work and pulled my child out of school. Needless to say, we will certainly NOT be rescheduling to get a cleaning done now and will look for a different dentist instead.
I had dentures made for my son and went in several times to say they didn’t feel right. My son is disabled with low IQ so unable to articulate problem. Only response was he just needs to wear them more. Years later when bottoms needed this denturist found last two back teeth were only ones hitting each other. Two inch gap in front. Refuse to make it right. My denturist words here were” whoever made these didn’t know what he was doing.” In his 30 years of doing this work has never seen such bad work. Terrible place. Stay clear!!!!
I have been going here for almost 4 years. It is a wonderful. I also bring my two sons since they were 6 & 7 years old, we have ALL gotten dental work done here and have never had a bad experience. I would recommend Red Rocks to anyone seeking good, honest dental work.
Thank you Red Rock Family Dentistry. I had some crowns they needed to be replaced and a couple of teeth still to be pulled. This is a great friendly professional office I would recommend to anyone. Dr. Freiberg is the best she is very professional, caring, gentle and takes pride in her work. My crowns are great with no problems and a great job by the lab which is inside the office so nice and quick. I also would like to acknowledge the Dental assistant who is also caring, gentle, and professional. Thanks you so much!
