Cheaply made clothing that you'll be lucky if it makes it through the first wash without getting messed up. Not great on returns. You get what you pay for! I'll stick to Express and Target from now on.
I've been to many MANY H&M stores before, this one is pretty run of the mill. It's not great it's not bad... but in general I love H&M, they are so amazing in general!
Currently, their checkout registers are beeping super loud the whole time you are checking out. This is unacceptable... I will not return to this store until this issue is addressed and the beeping either stops (ideally) or the volume is turned down considerably. There is no reason to subject paying customers to this ridiculousness. Please fix this, H&M!!
Cute store, but it's actually surprisingly small, even though it is 2 stories! Top floor is female, while bottom floor is divided among male and children wear. The maternity section is basically non-existent, so sorry ladies! The clothes are trendy and price is comparable to most stores. Most people know what H&M offers, again this location is a little bit of a let down, and the cashier wasn't very friendly.
Customer service was horrible. Store manager was no help at all.
