We just had a very enjoyable lunch in Highlands Ranch's little slice of Paris. Great waitress and service. The sandwiches and bread were delicious!
Seriously outstanding. Their pastries and bakery items are to die for. The owners of the establishment are originally from France, and take pride in their craft. It's about a 20-30 minute drive South from downtown Denver. A place that I would regularly return to.
This is my favorite place for French breakfast food in Colorado. The food is always amazing, they have great portion sizes, and the staff is always friendly.

Pierre Michel Bakery is by far, the best bakery I've ever been to in the States... and even better than a lot of boulangeries I've been to in France. The owners, Eric & Isabel, are two of the most precious people you'll ever meet. They love what they do and it's apparent in the food and the service.
My favorite croissant is the Bretagne (or Brittany)... It's got butter, sugar and sea salt in it and it is to die for. The berry croissant is amazing as well. Everything is made fresh, definitely worth the wait.
