What a crock. 5 dollar fee to cash a check written from them if you don't have an account

No communication and will wasteyour time. My business acount had been closed due to low funds i guess. The people never did change my addressso i didnt get a notification at all. But then they had told me to come down and talk to a banker to get a new account. The first words out of her mouth after driving 17 miles was you can't reopen or get a new account. Waste of my time.
They have friendly service and the fee-free checking is nice. The downside is that the bank isn't open on weekends or after 5:00 pm on weekdays, making it difficult to find time to get there.
The employees at this location are fantastic and very good at customer care.
